Initial visit is a 90 minute comprehensive physical therapy evaluation. This will include a patient intake, patient assessment and end with a plan of care that is discussed with and agreed upon with the patient
All follow-up visits are 60 minutes and designed to support progress toward pelvic floor goals

$75 / up to 45min
Dry Needling
Initial visit is a 60 minute assessment to evaluate the area(s) needing dry needling. The first application of dry needling will be performed at this visit.
Follow-up visits are 45 minutes and involve application of dry needling and supportive manual therapy techniques/electrical stimulation if appropriate

Payment & Insurance Information
Sarah Elia, MPT, is an out-of-network provider, so insurance is not billed directly. Payment is due in full at each visit. Many insurance plans may reimburse out-of-network services-please check with your provider. Payment options: cash, check, and Venmo are accepted. Upon request, a superbill with all necessary insurance details (tax ID, NPI, diagnosis, and treatment codes) will be provided.
